Hello! I am Clara Montes, an advertiser passionate about inspiring and

transforming people, organisations and ultimately, the world.

As an independent professional, I currently advise and train companies at the crossroads of

DEI, wellbeing, leadership and culture, so they can do well and do good at the same time.

As a coach I help leaders, activists and authors lead, live and communicate with impact and meaning

and I also lecture at universities, mentor FemTech startups and advocate for gender equality

at conferences and in the media.

Throughout my life, I lived and studied in Spain (UAB), the US (Georgetown University)

and the UK (Imperial College London). In between, I worked in communication agencies,

fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and investment as well as unleashing people's talents differently.

Last, but not least, I founded and led TEDxBarcelonaWomen to inspire a more diverse and inclusive world

through the power of #IdeasWorthSpreading, which turned me into a proud social activist and entrepreneur.

All these experiences shaped who I am today, a global and purpose-driven citizen committed

to build a world in which men and women have the same voice, rights and opportunities to succeed.

Caring about people, believing in the power of communities and pursuing growth 

and positive impact define everything I do.

I deeply believe that the world is an amazing place if you are passionate and curious.
